Olive TS team did Catalyst Unloading on Steam Reformer 305 F1 which included vacuuming out until catalyst support grid is clean followed by blow down and Catalyst disposal as per NRL policy. Tube Replacement entailed removal of top frames, dismantling of spring supports, cutting of inlet outlet pigtails, tubes removal, proper purging and finally welding of new tubes as per approved WPS. Catalyst was then loaded and final box up was done.
